| Mista Flow is set for another court date in Woodland in Dept 4 on February 22 2010 at 8:30. According to inside sources Mista Flow is not happy with his attorney James Joseph Lynch and his approach on the racial issues stemming from Mista Flows April 2008 arrest. Mista Flow was asked to comment on the issues and had this to say. "I just want to be treated fairly in court its not right to let corrupt police officers such as Brian Schmidt in West Sacramento to harass tax payers and do illegal searches based on race" This case is approaching the 2 year mark and Mista Flow P.K.A Anton Paris will be in court Feb 22 hoping to seek some closure on this issue soon. |

| Immortal Souls Publishing C.E.O and and artist Mista Flow plans to speak out about his April 2008 arrest. An arrest in which he is currently out on a $50,000 bail bond. According to inside sources Anton Paris a.k.a Mista Flow was the victim of racial profiling by a white officer responding to a music disturbance at his fathers West Sacramento residence. Witnesses have apparently stated that while Anton was standing in the driveway about to wash his car neighbors called the police saying he does not stay here. The officer arrived according to our sources as Anton was standing in his driveway and accused him of "not looking like he belongs here". The officer then demanded to look in his vehicle which was locked and parked in the driveway which Anton declined. He was then detained by the officer while he conducted an obvious illegal search. Anton had his registered glock 45 under his drivers seat as well as ammo for a 12 gauge shotgun,357,and 30-06. That led to the officer searching his trunk and finding a mini-14 ruger ranch rifle and 100 grams of legal medical marijuana in a jar. He also had $4,700 in cash in his coat pocket at the time of arrest.He was arrested and booked into jail at Yolo county. His charges range from intent to distribute drugs as well as felony weapons possession.According to several witnesses and a statement from Antons attorney the search on his property was conducted illegally. He is due in a Woodland court room on Feb 27th 2009 for a preliminary hearing on the matter. |

| Anton Paris appeared in court today hoping to have charges dismissed from a April 2008 arrest in which his vehicle was illegally searched. He appeared in a Woodland, CA court in depart 4 before judge Thomas Warriner. According to inside sources Judge Warriner allowed district attorney Sarah Jacobson bring in the arresting Officer in as her witness. When Anton's attorney attempted to have his witness heard Judge Warriner declined to let his witness be heard. According to Anton's attorney the D.A was informed of his witness and given witness statements but the D.A Jacobson claimed she "had no knowledge of a witness". According to Anton Paris he is a victim of ongoing racial profiling which West Sacramento P.D in infamous for. Anton vowed to appeal the Judges decision as well as have his witness properly heard in a fair and unbiased suppression motion. |
